At Au Appliance, we are committed to providing top-notch service and quality workmanship. That's why we offer a 90-Day Limited Parts & Labor Service Warranty on every qualifying repair and appliance sale, giving you peace of mind at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the products and services we deliver.

Appliance Repairs:

This warranty covers the specific parts installed and the exact labor performed during the original service visit.
Defective Parts: If a replacement part supplied and installed by our team fails due to a manufacturing defect within 90 days, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Workmanship: If the original symptom returns within 90 days due to an issue with our installation or labor, we will return and correct the issue free of charge.

Warranty Period & Terms

The 90-day window begins on the date the repair is completed and the invoice is issued.
For repairs requiring multiple visits (such as waiting for an ordered part), the coverage begins the day the final part is successfully installed.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer at the original service address.
Non-payment or chargebacks immediately void all active warranties.

What is Not Covered (Exclusions)

This warranty is strictly limited to the specific repair documented on your invoice. It does not act as an insurance policy for the entire machine.

Unrelated Failures: If a different component fails after our visit, it is considered a new issue and is subject to standard diagnostic and repair fees. (Example: If we repaired your washing machine's drain pump, and 45 days later the lid lock breaks, that repair is not covered).
Pre-Existing or Auxiliary Issues: Damage caused by external factors—such as unstable power grids, faulty household plumbing, clogged dryer vents, or pest infestations—is excluded.
Misuse and Neglect: Failures resulting from operator error, overloading, lack of maintenance, or commercial use of a residential appliance are not covered.
Secondary Damages: We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to food spoilage, water damage, property damage, or loss of time/wages.
Third-Party Tampering: This warranty becomes immediately void if any person other than a technician from Au Appliance alters, services, or moves the repaired appliance.

Appliance Sales:

The Seller provides a 90-day limited warranty (starting on the date of sale) covering the functional operation of the appliance.

What is Covered: Mechanical and electrical failures that prevent the appliance from performing its primary intended function. This includes failure of the motor, compressor, or internal control boards.
What is Excluded:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or moving.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues (e.g., scratches, dents).
- Power surges, electrical issues, or plumbing failures in the buyer’s home.
- Consumable parts (e.g., light bulbs, water filters, oven racks).

Remedy:

During the 90-day period, the Seller will, at their discretion, either repair the appliance, replace it with a similar unit, or refund the purchase price.
Restricted Venting Voidance: The warranty will be completely voided if the appliance fails due to restricted, blocked, crushed, or improperly installed external venting. It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all home ventilation lines (such as dryer exhaust vents or refrigerator airflow spaces) are clean, clear, and unblocked prior to operating the appliance.

Claim Process: The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (email or text) within 48 hours of discovering a defect.
In-Home Service Location: All warranty inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs will be conducted directly at the Buyer's service address listed above. The Buyer is not required to transport the appliance back to the Seller.
Limitation of Liability: The Seller is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to food spoilage, water damage, or lost income.
